Angelo De Augustine and Sufjan Stevens share the brand new track “Blue”: Pay attention

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Angelo De Augustine has shared a new song called “Blue” with Sufjan Stevens, who contributes vocals, piano and guitar. The track will appear on an upcoming double A-side 7 single along with their April collaboration, Santa Barbara. Check out the video for “Blue” made by De Augustine in the Super 8 movie below (via Cool Hunting).

“‘Blue’ speaks of a confidential admission to a friend,” said Angelo De Augustine in a statement. “The eternal and symbiotic bond of mother and child and an inquisition in our inner pain to examine whether we are forever tied to it.”

Angelo De Augustine released his album Tomb on Sufjan Stevens’ Asthmatic Kitty Records last year.
