Dylan Sprouse joins HBO Max Comedy The Intercourse Lives of Faculty Ladies from EP Mindy Kaling

Former child star Dylan Sprouse returns to the small screen via HBO Max.

The Disney Channel vet was cast in The Sex Lives of College Girls, an upcoming HBO Max comedy directed by executive producer Mindy Kaling, Variety reports.

The series focuses on four dormmates – Kimberly (Pauline Chalamet of the King of Staten Island), Bela (Star Trek: Amrit Kaur of Short Treks), Leighton (Reneé Rapp of Broadways Mean Girls), and Whitney (Alyah Chanelle of the Book of Mormon) Scott ) – at a prestigious New England university. Sprouse will play Nico, a junior who interacts with all four women.

Sprouse and twin brother Cole started out as toddlers on the Chuck Lorre sitcom Grace Under Fire, playing the youngest son of title character Patrick. Her breakout role followed in 1999 when she starred alongside Adam Sandler in the movie comedy Big Daddy.

Six years later, the Sprouse Brothers were cast by Zack & Cody in the Disney Channel sitcom The Suite Life, which ran for three seasons and spawned a spinoff (The Suite Life on Deck) and a television movie (The Suite Life film).

The Sex Lives of College Girls is Dylan’s first TV appearance since The Suite Life ended in 2011. He has since appeared in the films Dismissed, Banana Split and After We Collided. (Cole currently plays Jughead Jones in the popular CW drama Riverdale, which enters season five.)
