Thrawn Writer responds to the Mandalorian shock
Thrawn writer Timothy Zahn shared his thoughts on it The Mandalorian Surprise. Chapter 13 of the hit Disney + series has already broken away from the crowd in terms of providing some information. We learned a lot about the kid, also known as the Grogu, and we were introduced to the favorite character, Ahsoka Tano, played by actress Rosario Dawson. However, there was one other element that shocked hardcore Star Wars fans. There are SPOILER For Mandalorian Season 2, read below at your own risk.
Ahsoka Tano is on a mission in The Mandalorian season two. However, viewers had to wait until the episode ended to find out exactly what she’s doing. As it turns out, Ahsoka is on a quest to find Grand Admiral Thrawn, who was last seen with Ezra Bridgers when they stormed into space. In particular, Ahsoka is most likely trying to find Ezra. Whatever the case, Star Wars fans have been looking for answers from Thrawn series writer Timothy Zahn.
Timothy Zahn didn’t purposely play shyly with fans when the Thrawn rumors surfaced online months ago. “No, I didn’t hold you (or anyone else) back,” Zahn said in a social media post. “I was (and am) completely out of control in all things Mandalorian. The first thing I heard about Ahsoka’s question was when people started bombarding this site with comments, questions, and verbal high fives.” The writer apparently had no idea what Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau were up to, although he seems to really like what was being teased.
Timothy Zahn has no idea what will happen to Grand Admiral Thrawn next. “So what’s going to happen next? Your guesses are as good as mine,” says Zahn. The writer continued to speculate himself, noting: “One thing I know: good writers / producers / directors won’t drop such a bomb without following somewhere down the line. I’ll sit.” Right there with all of you and excited to see how the saga unfolds. “Zahn isn’t alone in his excitement about where The Mandalorian is going as Star Wars fans are thrilled with the possibilities.
While Timothy Zhan has no information on The Mandalorian, he is optimistic about the future. “Hopefully it will be done artistically,” he says. So far, Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau have been able to handle the Star Wars franchise in ways that have not been seen since the first trilogy over 40 years ago. The duo have harnessed George Lucas’ original energy and found new ways to channel it while satisfying hardcore fans and newcomers at the same time. In other words, it sounds like Zahn’s Thrawn is in good hands. The new Thrawn information was first posted on Timothy Zahn’s Facebook page.
