Unfortunately the rapper and actor DMX died at the age of 50. A family representative told Pitchfork that the rapper lost the battle with death and sadly passed away.
He was hospitalized on April 2 after an apparent drug overdose and subsequent heart attack.
The tragedy occurred at his home in White Plains, New York. The rapper was 50 years old and the family made the following official statement, according to the online publication mentioned above.
